I WANT TO GET FIT
Ten Toes Yoga Classes are in a flowing style called "Vinyasa".  We flow between poses using smooth transitions in coordination with the breath.  It's a very rejuvenating and enjoyable way to exercise - almost like moving meditation.  Yoga certainly isn't just about sitting around and chanting "OM"!  Some Ten Toes classes are quite dynamic - expect to work up a sweat!  Take a look at the Classes page on the Ten Toes Yoga website for descriptions of classes: www.tentoes.com.au/classes.html

I'M A BEGINNER
